Life on an Irish Farm

Well, it's not exactly a full-blown farm, but Mark and Emily's three-acre plot in western Ireland is becoming more of a farm than either of them had imagined when they started out.

After months of searching for the perfect home, Mark and Emily found this house on 3 acres near Ballymote,...
...surrounded by quiet lanes,...
...green fields, and brilliant flowers.
Rufus approved, and all was calm until...

...the arrival of Bits...
...and Bobs, both of whom lack Rufus's maturity and calm demeanor.
Now they serve as fitness coaches for Emily and Mark,...
...as one or the other is lucky enough to get to take them for their daily walk.

One thing led to another, and then there were ducks, which have to be kept separate from the dogs,...
...but at least they don't need to be walked on leashes.
And along came Red...
...and his harem...

...and more chickens and guinea pigs.
And of course, one can't live in the country in Ireland without a garden, even when...
...it takes time away from indoor interests.
The cows, however, belong to the neighbors — for now, at least.
